14. 21. The Buyer shall pay the Seller immediately. If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate applicable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Price is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
